The augusta server chassis is experiencing technical difficulties, we are currently investigating this issue and will update this list once completed.

The problem appears to be how the kernel was handling a very large remote file copy, and we are investigating this.  If additional maintenance is required we will schedule it for off hours.

We’re seeing some high IOWAIT times on the New Orleans chassis.  Customers may be experiencing unusually high system loads on their VPS/RO+ accounts which reside on this chassis.

We are working to isolate and resolve this issue right now.

Update: We have identified the cause of high IOWAIT times on New Orleans and resolution has been provided.

Princeton and Bullrun will be rebooted this evening to update the linux kernel for these systems.  Maintenance will begin at 8:30PM PST and is expected to last approximately 5-10 minutes.
